Your Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>

As part of our Finance & Administration team, you will independently manage, while collaborating closely with your colleagues, a broad range of accounting activities, including:<\/p>

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable <\/li>
  • Processing employee expense reports <\/li>
  • Handling general ledger accounting<\/li>
  • Managing fixed asset accounting<\/li>
  • Coordinating insurance-related administration <\/li>
  • Supporting the preparation of VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, Italian withholding tax reporting (Form 770), and the reporting of grants and public funding<\/li>
  • Preparing reports and financial analyses to support management decisions<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Your Profile<\/b><\/p>

    We’re looking for someone who works methodically, pays close attention to detail, and is able to manage responsibilities independently.<\/p>

    Ideally, you bring:<\/p>

    • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field<\/li>
    • Previous accounting experience, preferably within a medium-sized manufacturing company<\/li>
    • Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles and VAT regulations<\/li>
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)<\/li>
    • Good command of Italian; knowledge of German and English is considered an advantage<\/li>
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different business functions<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
