Microgate was born in Bolzano in 1989, from an idea of brothers Vinicio and Roberto Biasi. The goal was clear from the start: to simplify time measurement in alpine skiing, eliminating the long cables laid along the slope between start and finish. <\/p>

From this concrete need, combined with a strong technological vision, the world’s first wireless stopwatch was born, still recognised today for reliability and precision.<\/p>

What was initially a pioneering project became the starting point of an entrepreneurial journey based on innovation, research and passion for technology.<\/p>

Today, Microgate<\/strong> products range from timing systems and athletic training to motor rehabilitation.
