The new Microgate photocell with integrated timer
HiSens is Microgate’s professional photocell, offering superior range and a unique level of precision thanks to the integration of a timer and GPS. As the world’s first lens-free photocell, HiSens uses technology derived from the field of space telescopes to ensure greater optical range, reliability and stability in all conditions. Available in Radio and non-Radio versions, it integrates perfectly with Microgate timers and, via cable, with timers from any other manufacturer.

Professional-level optical performance
Lens-free technology overcomes the limitations of traditional optics, ensuring signal stability and long range. The temperature-compensated ±1 ppm time base, synchronized via GPS, enables distributed timing. A robust structure, 90° photographic joint and battery life of up to 18 hours complete a solution designed for professional timing.
Total control in every scenario
HiSens integrates Bluetooth Low Energy for quick configuration via the HiSettings app. The app makes it possible to change the frequency (69 available frequencies) and indicate the type of signal being transmitted (START, STOP and LAP). Integration with HiLink, HiSmart and the timers ensures maximum flexibility in multisport competitions and training sessions.
